Anthony Burks
Co-Founder & President, Vendigm Companies


Anthony Burks, co-founder and president of Vendigm Companies, is the enthusiastic visionary and driving force behind Vendigm Companies. Burks’ high affinity for entrepreneurship is reflected throughout Vendigm’s philosophy, mission and culture and it is his persistence and determination that has transformed many of Vendigm’s visions into profitable successes. As president, he is often out in the business community fervently communicating messages about the Vendigm brand, while simultaneously building and nurturing key relationships. Burks’ integral role in Vendigm’s overall business development strategies has him consistently seeking new opportunities and it is under his direction and leadership that Vendigm Companies has exhibited a proven track record of success.

“Vendigm Companies is a brand that encompasses many entrepreneurial endeavors,” said Burks. “Our overall goal is to become a household name that demonstrates how innovative ideas can become profitable realities through dedication, hard work and perseverance.”

Burks also has a dire commitment to the betterment of his community, thus is a member of several industry and community organizations. He serves on the board of directors for the North Texas Commission, the Tarrant County Sickle Cell Disease Association of which he is also a spokesperson, and the TCU Athletic Attendance Board. He’s also active on several committees for various organizations to include Burnett Park and the Samaritan House’s “Hoop for Harmony” program.

Additionally, Burks is a member of Fort Worth’s Downtown Rotary Club, the Green Technology Build Task Force and was accepted into the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce’s 2008 Class of Leadership Fort Worth. He is a recipient of the 2008 Fort Worth Business Press “Forty Under Forty” Business Award and was recognized as “Business Man of the Year” at the 16th Annual Women’s Business Conference.

A Fort Worth native, Burks graduated from Dunbar High School as valedictorian of his senior class and as captain of the first Dunbar state championship team in 1993. He went on to attend Texas Christian University on a full basketball scholarship and was captain of his TCU Horn Frogs basketball team.

Burks holds a bachelor of science degree in speech communication from Texas Christian University.

 
 

Jonathan White
Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer, Vendigm Companies


Jonathan White is co-founder and Vendigm Companies chief financial officer with responsibility of Vendigm’s financial operations and corporate governance. He manages the accounting, finance, treasury and information systems of the company and has developed tax planning and asset protection strategies, placed equity and debt capital and has negotiated joint ventures and project financing. Additionally, White successfully manages policies and procedures, reporting systems, investment relationships and banking relationships. As co-founder, he works assiduously with the leadership team to implement and direct strategies and the overall growth and direction of the company.

White attended Texas Weslayan University as a business major. His educational background includes focuses in business and economics.

 
 

Terrance H. Watts
Principal, Vendigm Development


Terrance Watts, principal of Vendigm Development, has been working in the real estate and development industry for nearly a decade and brings a plethora of industry knowledge to the Vendigm team. He is responsible for developing new business relationships, performing financial analysis, and consulting with industry leaders to create and maintain market strategies for growth. Watts possesses extensive analytical market knowledge in the areas of investment, land planning and development, feasibility analysis, acquisition, design and planning, entitlements, finance, construction and development management, deal negotiation and in projecting future market trends. He consistently achieves company goals and exceeds client expectations by developing long term working relationships, while saving clients time and money.

Watts holds a bachelor of business administration in marketing from the University of North Texas.

 
 

Ricky G. Allen
Chief Construction Officer & Senior Estimator, Vendigm Construction


Ricky Allen, chief construction officer and senior estimator, joined the Vendigm team in 2007. He brings over 25 years of experience and is responsible for overseeing estimates for commercial construction projects, enforcing project schedules, procuring contracts, reviewing specifications and plans and ordering and tracking materials and equipment. Allen also works alongside Vendigm’s Financial Officer to adhere to budget guidelines and to establish purchasing procedures. He serves as mediator with engineering companies, resolves construction issues, and manages sub-contractors out in the field.

Allen is a licensed general contractor in Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas and has a certification in lead abatement through the State of Texas. Additional educational background includes focuses in landscape architecture, architecture technology and drafting technology.

 
 

Carnel Clark
SVP of In-Field Construction, Vendigm Construction


Carnel Clark, senior vice president of in-field construction brings over 27 years of horizontal and vertical construction to the Vendigm team. In this role, he guides and assists in the development of project managers and superintendents within the commercial construction division and is responsible for collaborating with senior estimators and senior project managers to successfully adhere to project timelines. Additionally, Clark monitors the goals of in-field commercial construction projects and assists with the development of construction operating procedures that govern both the commercial and residential construction service divisions.

Clark’s educational background includes focuses in lead abatement for contractors and supervisors, construction management and technology, computer science and architectural drafting.

 
 

Mark Hall
Principal & SVP of Residential Construction Operations, Vendigm Construction


Mark Hall, principal and senior vice president of residential construction, brings over12years of experience in the residential construction industry. He is responsible for all aspects of the planning, budgeting, development and construction of residential operations. Hall also manages all residential project and construction managers and is responsible for business development for the residential construction division. He works diligently to maintain quality control on projects and consistently enforces guidelines for safety.

 
 

John Bone
SVP of Concrete Restoration, Vendigm Construction


John Bone, senior vice president of concrete restoration, brings over 30 years of experience in the concrete restoration industry. In his role, Bone is responsible for assisting structural engineers in developing effective concrete repair systems using epoxies and polymer modified concrete and managing the restoration of structural and architectural concrete as well as decorative concrete applications. Additionally, he serves as the main liaison with building owners, managers, architects and general contractors in both the industrial and commercial sectors.

Bone holds the United States Patent for a traffic bearing expansion joint and has partnered with others to pioneer concrete repair systems that use epoxy and fiber glass. He attended the University of Missouri – Columbia.
